Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

1. The Den Hub Rules of Play are in use throughout your party and must be followed at all times.
2. It is the responsibility of the host of the part to ensure that all adults and children attending the party are aware of the The Den Hub rules and abide by them.
3. The Den Hub do not accept any liability for injury sustained by children whilst on the premises.
4. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, over the age of 18 years old, or the host of the party who must remain within The Den Hub at all times with the children. Children may only use the party area facility when supervised by a responsible adult at all times and will remain the responsibility of the accompanying parents / host at all times.
5. Parents / host must accept full responsibility and observe the children to ensure that they are capable of using the equipment safely.
6. No hot drinks may be brought into the venue as we have a fully stocked coffee bar open during the party.
7. By law cakes and cupcakes must be bought from a shop or cakemaker that follows UK Food Information Amendment, also known as Natasha’s Law.
8. The Den Hub is a NUT FREE ZONE, please DO NOT bring any nuts or nut products in to the premises.

1. Children attending the party who are unwell should not use the play area.
2. All Children and adults attending the party must be informed that no shoes are to be worn on the inflatables, and that socks and suitable clothing must be worn at all times.
3. No food to be taken on to the inflatables.
4. Booking a party does not entitle use of the entire premises.
5. The use of Party Poppers / Confetti Bombs / is prohibited due to health and safety.

1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry / remove children that are believed to be unwell.
2. All members of staff are to be treated with respect, at all times.
3. Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behavior deemed to be unsuitable towards The Den Hub Staff, management,  from either children or adults, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Management reserve the right to enforce a total ban if necessary.
4. The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or articles (including personal property) brought into or left in any part of the premises.
5. The management shall not be liable for any consequential loss or any other loss, or any damage or injury which may arise out of or in connection with the use of premises by you, however the loss is caused or the damage or injury is sustained.
6. The host accepts full responsibility for all damage to the premises, furniture, equipment or other property caused by any persons attending the party. The host will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
7. The Den Hub  will not be liable for any problems which might affect a function, if it is not in their power to prevent it.
8. The Den Hub staff is there to help maximise your children’s enjoyment. They are not however in any way a replacement for parental supervision. Any Parent/Guardian attending the party should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children and accompanying adults using the party area, The Den Hub cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of any child / adult using the party area.
9. Vehicles left in the car park are left at the owner’s risk the management takes no responsibility for any loss/damage/theft.
10. We request all parents to be vigilant and monitor any unacceptable behavior from any child / parent and inform the management of this immediately.
11. Violation of any of the above rules may result in guests being asked to leave the premise.
12. Please ensure all your guests are made aware of the above Terms and Conditions.

Payments

1. The initial deposit holds the event date for you and is non-refundable & non-transferable. In the event of government closure we will endeavor to transfer your party to a suitable date, refunds will not be given.
2. Final payment must be made on the day of the party at the Tuck Shop.
3. All final payments must be made by cash or debit/credit card.

Parents/host must leave the party venue as they found it.

The Den Hub staff will help dispose of all rubbish which parents/host have placed in black bags.
